World Golf Village
World Golf Hall of Fame
Located only 35 minutes from THE PLAYERS The World Golf Hall of Fame mission is to celebrate and recognize golf’s greatest players and contributors. The Hall features a look at the history of the game, as well as hundred of artifacts and pieces of memorabilia from the 130 Hall of Fame members.
In 2010, a visit to the Hall will include the opportunity to view “Bob Hope: Shanks for the Memory”, a major special exhibit including hundreds of artifacts and photos on the life and times of one of the game’s biggest supporters.
IMAX Theater at World Golf Village
The 300-seat World Golf Hall of Fame IMAX Theater, the largest in Northeast Fla., houses an 80-foot-wide by six- story-high screen and shows a variety of entertaining and educational movies throughout the year for viewers of all ages.
